Can I Change Anything in My Order?

Yes absolutely. If you discover that you’ve made a mistake or just want to change a detail in your order, please contact us. Once we have started production or sent your order, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes. Therefore, send your message as soon as possible.

How Long is the Delivery for Personalized Gifts?

Can I Return Personalized Products?

Unfortunately, in the case of personalized gifts with name/text embroidered these products cannot be returned. Ordinary products without name embroidery can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us and we will send you a return slip. A return cost may be added depending on the size of the product.

I Have Not Received an Order Confirmation?

We always send out an order confirmation immediately after you have ordered. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder.       
If you think you may have entered the wrong email address when ordering, send us a message and we’ll update the address and send out a new confirmation.

Can I Track My Package?

Yes, all our packages are trackable. You always receive a message sent from us as soon as your package is sent. If you have not received this message, please check your spam folder. All packages are tracked regardless of whether they are sent to the nearest agent or directly to the recipient’s mailbox.         
In the message sent from us, there is a link where you can track your package. Click the link to view your package. Then click on the package number and you will be taken to the Postnord website where you can see the status of your package.          

Is It Safe to Shop via Teddypost?

Yes, it is very safe. We do not handle any payments ourselves, so your payment details are never saved by us. We only use third-party payment providers. We are also keen to protect your personal data and maintain a high level of security.

Will I Receive an Order Confirmation by Email?

After your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with an order confirmation, which is your receipt. If you did not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, you can contact us and we will send you a new email.

Are the Products From Teddypost Child-proof?

Yes, Teddypost puts safety first. This means that all toys are CE marked. All products are free of toxic substances and flameproof.  

What Can Be Given as a Personal Christening Gift?
