Where is My Package?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking link. All packages are tracked and scanned, whether they are sent to an agent or for delivery to your door. In the email confirming the shipment of your order, you will find a link to track your package.
The delivery company occasionally fails to notify, so your package may have arrived without you being notified. In that case, contact us and we will help you. The information to collect the package can also be found in the tracking link we sent via email.

I Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation?
We always send out an order confirmation immediately after you have ordered. If you have not received a confirmation please check your spam.
If you think you may have entered the wrong email address when ordering, send us a message and we will update the address and send out a new confirmation.
Can I Change My Order?
Yes, if you find you’ve made a mistake or just want to change some detail in your order, we can adjust once you send us a message. Once we have started production or sent your order, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes. Therefore, send your message as soon as possible after you order.
Can I Track My Package?
Yes, all our packages are trackable. You always receive a message sent from us as soon as your package is sent. If you have not received this message, please check your spam. All packages are scanned and tracked regardless of whether they are sent to agents, mailboxes or delivered to the door.
In the message sent from us there is a link where you can track your package. Click the link to view your package. Then click on the package number and you will be taken to the delivery company website where you can see the status of your package.
