We comply with GDPR and other laws that protect your privacy. We have no customer accounts, but all customers pay as “guests” without a username or password. We use external payment providers, so only your delivery address, billing address, e-mail address and phone number are saved in order to notify you of your package. We may use your email to send to request a customer review of your order, and to send you offers after your purchase. If you do not wish this, just click on a link in the email and your email address will be deleted automatically. If you want us to delete all your information after your order, please send us a message.<\/p>\n
Teddypost is operated by Teddypost AB (Org no: SE5590775515). In order to shop at Teddypost AB, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. We value personal integrity highly and never pass on your personal data. After each order, you will receive a receipt via e-mail. If you do not receive it, look in your spam folder. Any inaccuracies<\/strong><\/p>\n In the event of inaccuracies in price, delivery, or other circumstances, Teddypost AB reserves the right to make subsequent changes. If an error occurs in the price of an item, we will contact you beforehand to inform you. You then have the full right to either amend or cancel your order.<\/p>\n Prices and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n At checkout, you can view the total price, which includes all fees, VAT (for EU customers), shipping, and payment charges. \u00a0<\/p>\n Right to return a product<\/strong><\/p>\n Your right to return an order is valid for 14 days from the time you receive the item. In your return request, please clearly state that you wish to return the product (you can find the link to our contact page here).<\/p>\n Please note that if you have purchased a custom-made item (such as those with printing, embroidery, or engraving), or any item that has been personalized in any form, unfortunately, there is no right to return the product, as we cannot resell personalized items.<\/p>\n Additionally, special conditions apply if your product is wrapped in gift paper or cellophane, or contains personalized greeting cards, sweets, or discounted goods. In such cases, there is usually no right to return that particular part of the product (e.g., the gift wrapping).<\/p>\n Please be aware that we reserve the right not to refund shipping costs for returns, although we often do so as a gesture of goodwill.”\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n When invoking the right of return, Teddypost will provide a shipping note for the return. The cost of return shipping is EUR 7 for individual products. For larger goods, return costs are charged accordingly, while for smaller items, return costs may be reduced. Any return slip is always sent via email or QR code, and as a customer, you are responsible for printing it yourself.<\/p>\n Teddypost reserves the right to require the customer to pay the return shipping in specific cases. In such instances, Teddypost may request that the product be sent directly to us and not to a local post office, and that the shipment be traceable.<\/p>\n We encourage you to contact us for details in case of a potential return, as we may be able to offer free return shipping and even provide a replacement product at no extra cost to you.<\/p>\n Additionally, if you as a customer place an order above a certain value, Teddypost offers free shipping. As a customer, it is also important to understand that an embroidered product is custom made and may not appear exactly as it does in the picture. The size of text and colour may vary depending on your message and the length of the message.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Adjustment of embroidery and print on products\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n Teddypost reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the text entered by the customer on the website. This applies especially to changing uppercase letters to lowercase letters, or minor colour adjustments. We do this to improve the quality and due to the fact that some fonts cannot be written with only capital letters.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Delivery, delivery time & lost packages<\/strong><\/p>\n “We ship products from our facility daily and always strive to ensure fast delivery. For current delivery times, please refer to our delivery times page by clicking here. However, due to the custom nature of our products and potential high workload, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.<\/p>\n If a delivery is delayed due to a logistics company or other reasons, Teddypost does not provide compensation. In the unfortunate event of a lost package during delivery, Teddypost reserves the right to send out a new product after the customer contacts us.<\/p>\n In cases where a product is damaged or has a production fault, we also reserve the right to send out a new package or repair the product. Packages classified by the shipping company as ‘delivered’ are considered delivered.<\/p>\n Additionally, Teddypost reserves the right to change the delivery method without prior notification to the customer. We may also choose to send all orders to the nearest agent for safe delivery and fraud prevention. In such cases, any price difference in shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.<\/p>\n Incorrect address information and packages that have not been picked up.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n In case of incorrect address\/contact details<\/strong><\/p>\n We do not send out new goods due to incorrectly entered address information at the time of ordering. This policy also applies to inaccurately entered email or telephone numbers. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address information entered in your order is correct.<\/p>\n If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, the address on the package cannot be adjusted. However, please contact us, and we will endeavor to find a solution. In some cases, we may be able to request the delivery company to adjust the recipient’s address.<\/p>\n If you wish to change the name of the recipient, please contact us.<\/p>\n If you have not collected\/received the package<\/strong><\/p>\n This also applies to packages that are delivered to the delivery point and that have not been collected. The cost for unclaimed packages is EUR 40. A package is not considered returned and an order is not cancelled because the package is not picked up. Keep in mind that products with a personal touch cannot be returned and if these packages are not picked up, no money will be refunded.
